Notes

Tasting Notes - 10/19/15 - Kegged under pressure for 2.5 days - Really fucking good. Balanced malt, nice hope taste. Really complex beer. The bittering hops are hard but nothing over the top. Would do this beer again.

Further reflection in December 2015 - This was a great IPA. Have been thinking about it and how great it was. I love the malt profile for this for any IPA. The hops really shine here and are showcased nicely.
