I'm looking for a stronger gose, maybe a little more hop presence than what is usually seen. I may add a stronger hop to the end of the boil. In addition to the east that I outlined in this recipe I may add a a half pitch of a bacteria. This would be either lactobacillus or something similar. I want to still keep the light malt profile but at a stronger hop profile that would include notes of grapefruit and/or citrus and Pine like notes.
