This beer is made with Malt extract that has been blended with crystal malt to be used without steeping grains. Its called red malt extract, and is available thru Williams brewing .com, in six or eight pound bags. They have others too,already blended so the specialty malts are already in the LME !!! Save time...Saves money...More Beer !!!!! my next brew, sometime before the end of September.
