Notes
Brew Day: Vitality starter 1,000 ml wort with Imperial Flagship A07 for 4 hours. Pitch @ 66F
Day 5: Dry hop
Day 10: Pour gelatine+water solution into an empty sanitized keg, then rack beer into keg. Pressurize CO2 to 25 PSI.
Day 12: Depressurize keg, then reset to necessary serving pressure (for my system it's 10 PSI).
Day 18: Sacrifice first pint, then enjoy.
