Notes
A quick brew. Whole process took 45 minutes. Fermentables stirred together with 4 liters of boiling water. Cold tap water added. Difficult to get the dry malt extract to dissolve well. It was added after the cold water, due to low OG, and I had to improvise. Fermentation was slow, but the beer turned out good and dry in the end. Great hop aroma and flavour from the Chinook dry hops.
