Notes
This beer may also be dry hopped post fermentation with 1/2 ounce each of Cascade and Centennial hops for 5-8 days at room temperature. Ferment 65-68F. Expect to pitch an entire pack of dry yeast. It is also recommended to rehydrate the yeast before pitching.
