Notes
Make yeast starter with 5oz DME and 1L water. Sparge 1.5g mash with 1.5g 170F water. Add brown sugar with LME at beginning of boil, and honey/maple syrup at 30 minutes. Sub non-cinnamon spices for 2-4oz mulling spice mixture.
