Notes

Racked to 2ndary on day 8 onto 2 lbs Black Cherries and 2 lbs Tart Cherries (Oregon Canned). After 3 days moved to garage and kept at 55 degrees F. After 11 days added another 2 lbs Tart Cherries. 5 days later added 32 oz each of Knudsens Sweet Back Cherry and Tart Cherry juice.
Racked to keg 26 days later and carbed to 2.5 vols.
