Just another friggin Pale Ale on the doorstep of not being a Pale Ale.A Malty taste and a hoppy dry finish. ( hopefully} Its still in the ferminter 2&1/2 days .The bubbler gas smells real good. I am trying to make each batch simple. All of my recipes are of the red to alittle lighter than red. They are not light beer. most people could only drink 3 or 4 at a sitting. Then take a nap. All the recipes are good for winter. Especially the one called english winter beer.
