Notes

Just another _ _ _ _ _ _ _ easy beer recipe. Ease of brewing is what makes good consistent beer. Also Experimentation and refining the processes as adapted to your environment. I brew in buckets in a house that stays pretty much 68-71F all summer. So Ales are easy here in the summer. Winter is a different story, having only wood heat, placement of the fer minter is crucial. Winter is a lager time for me,but they take too long so I put more fer- minters into service and still make Ales. P.S.I am brewing these ingredients today. August 31 2015
