Notes

This is the first time choosing a pumpkin stout. I'm adding pumpkin to the mash along with pumpkin seeds which I plan on roasting before hand. I may add pumpkin to the boil but it's still up in the air.

I want to condition on cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans for 4 days and then cold crash for 2 more days.

I want to take a 1.5 gallons and add crown maple and oak chips and age it for a couple months. 6 to 1 method...
