Sept 07: Trans to secondary keg, add hops for dry hopping, cold crash @37*, 11 pm.Sept 17 Began filtering ale @9pm. Starting carbonation @10pm, 12 psi. Need to 'set it and forgot it'. Did some keg shaking, was carbonated on Sunday 09/20. Tastes good!
