Notes

Split batch pitch Danstar Windsor in 1 and MGJ M07 in the other. the Windsor batch will be going in the club barrel project after fermentation.

Had to boil an additional 20 minutes as the pre boil gravity was low at 1.035. still put 11 gallons in the fermentors so the volume must have been more than expected.
