Notes

Most of the notes would be about picking and drying the homegrown hops. Still had difficulty getting down to pitch temp even with ice bath and then to add chilled spring water.

Brewed 8/23/15.

(8/30/15) Added 6 oz to primary after 1 week of fermentation. With 6 gal plus hops, there is almost no room left in bucket. will sort of swish around hops to get better soak. Will have to do a double filtering or something to reduce the cause of clogged bottle filler.
