Notes

Really nice beer. Needs less wheat next time. Replace with Vienna? Very soft hop flavors from the Huell Melon. Definite cantaloupe/green melon flavors. Totally crushable. The melanoiden gave more color than I anticipated but definitely works for an ESB with that color and IBUs.
