Notes
Make a 2 liter starter of 1.035 wort and stir it for 16 hours. Start Fermentation at 68F and let it rise on its own to 71-72F for the duration of fermentation. Dry hop at 64F for 7 days and agitate the carboy every other day to keep the hops suspended.
