10 pk. US-05 rendyrket i ca. 1 liter vann tilsatt på 18°C.
Trodde lenge FG ble 1.012....,
den gikk dessverre helt ned til 1.010!
Håper ikke ølet blir for "lett/tynt".
Kanskje meske på 66 gr.C. neste gang ?
Avsluttet gjæring på 20°C, og kjølte til 8,5°C på tappedag.
Nedkjøling over 3 dager. Kom ikke lenger ned.
