Ozarks Mountain Brewery • 03/21/2013 at 05:13pm I'm not sure what happened here but in my last batch that was a 10 gallon batch, I added a pound of CaraMunich in place of a pound of 2 row and used 2 starters of WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast, the starting gravity was 60 and finished at 11, the beer will knock you on your butt fast, have fun with this beer
lagerz • 02/05/2015 at 10:16pm I love the name of this beer. I saw it while searching the forum for something else and came to check it out. Chocolate coconut porter is already planned for my next brew session, but the one after that might be caribou slobber.
