The base porter this recipe produces, before the additives, is incredible. I will be adapting this as a staple for my porters going forward.

Additives are off I think. Too much Coco and not enough peanut butter to truly emulate SBJ. Nest time I will use probably closer to 12 oz peanut butter and 4 oz of cocoa.

Glad you were able to brew it. We have gone pro now and have streamlined the grain bill a bit but it is still one of our best sellers.

Looks amazing! I’m working on a chocolate orange stout (or porter), and this might be a great grain bill to start with. Brew day is next month so should be able to comment on it in November.

New to home brew have 5 ...5 gallon kits under my belt with instructions...this kit I think is more to pro kit as grains need to be milled which I'll buy a mill ...but I don't understand the boiling times as what to add first with cook times before next ingredients and so-forth...this kit came with nothing but a quantity list and that's it...any guidance would greatly be appreciated...
