Notes
Use 6 gal water in boil kettle - add 6Lbs. Wheat DME at approx. 150 deg or so (not important), then bring to boil.
1/2 Oz. German Hallertau Hops at 60, 1.5 oz. at 10 min. Add honey at flameout, leave for 10 min.
Force cool with wort chiller.
Add O2 to wort by 'splashing.' Put in 6.5 gal, sanitized fermenter. Add Safale Us 05 yeast (previously hydrated).
