Bubbled like crazy for two days solid.
12/13/15- rack to secondary 1.030 - 8.14% abv
balanced. Not too sweet. Chocolate notes.
Add to secondary - 3 chopped scraped bourbon vanilla beans soaked in stranahan's Colorado whiskey for 5 months!
