Brewed using similar specs. My mash temp was 152; All ingredients were the same. My mash was also ten minutes longer due to the prep of sparge water. Also, I ended with a slightly lower boil volume, leaving me with a higher OG/FG (6.6abv). I get great efficiency with a fly sparge on my system.
Tasting notes: This is delicious. It doesn't have the bitterness of traditional IPAs. It had a good nose and head. Great malt characteristics, with hints of citrus, orange, some pungency. It was great after a few weeks of conditioning. I will be brewing this again.
