Target Water Profile
Tara Hill, WX well water
Notes
Good safe Irish Red. Water profile makes this a perfect recipe for the area. I fly sparge to get the most out of the grains which usually gives a good flavour profile as well. But be aware that batch sparging will probably not be as efficient and will also change the flavour profile slightly.
