Nothing special here, my 1st kick at trying an Amber Ale.
FWIW I wouldn't recommend Denny's, as I had a stuck fermentation even with a starter and controlled fermentation chamber. Turned out more like a Cream Ale.

Brewed again after modifying recipe. Kegged, waited 2 weeks & tried it out. Yeah, not so sure I'll make this again. Looks like Tang(c) and tastes more like a peppery(?) weaker Saison. YMMV.
