This recipe is very good , the taste is amazing, but it has a hi waste. The cause was the flower of Cascade hops. It´s clogged the pipes and made a mess in the process. With a boiling size of 65 Liters and destination 45 liter in fermenter we obtained only 37 liters. 8L of trub. Like improvement we recomend use only pelleted hops.
