Notes

This is basically Bud Light /Miller Lite/ Coors Lite etc. All of your redneck friends will love this stuff. If you can't find the yeast just use an American Lager strain.
Lager in the Keg for a week w/ Gelatin before priming to drop the yeast haze

This is one of my favorite lawnmower beers. Nice crisp flavor with a little bit more body and flavor than commercial examples you'd typically see at the supermarket. This is an excellent beer to convert your beer drinking friends who are used to drinking Bud Light.

Keep in mind that this style is a bit more difficult to brew compared to others because it's such a light beer and any off flavors will show. Pay special attention to the water you use and pitch with a starter.
