Priming
Method: Corn Suger
Amount: 2/3 cups

Notes
Mash grains for 30 minutes. While mashing bring 1 gallons of water to boil. Remove grain bag and place into a strainer. Drain grain "tea" through grains until it runs clear to remove any solids. Add clear grain "tea" to boiling water and bring to a boil. Add DME and return to a boil and follow hop schedule.
Cool to 72 degrees and add enough water to bring to 5 gallons. Aerate wort and pitch yeast. Ferment for 2 - 3 weeks at 69 degrees.
Bottle condition at room temperature for 2 weeks then refrigerate for 1 week.
