6/28/2015 1.010 SG rack into plastic bucket with 6 lbs sweet cherries added brett. lamb. no starter.

8/1/2015 popped lid on bucket, cherries were floating and looked brownish and pruny. no pelicle. tasted a little sour tart and acidic. minimal brett flavor. Appley sort of malic flavor. Dry. Added another vile of brett. lamb. to top of fermentor, no stir.
