Without a refrigerator, the temperature was 75-77F and released a significant banana scent while bubbling. Tasting at bottling revealed a significant scent of clove. Will bottle and detail taste later. Expectations are not high.

Much to my surprise, this turned out almost perfect. Possibly needed extra time in primary fermentation (bottled after 7 days), as it was overcarbonated.

But absolutely delicious. Will repeat and see if it can be improved with a few extra days in primary..
