Notes

Yeast is a pull from Hopworks Urban Brewery's Single Hop Simcoe IPA.

First dry hop is 1/2 oz each of Mosaic and Cascade. Second dry hop is 3 days later with 3/4 oz Mosaic and 1/2 oz Cascade. Leave for 3 more days and done.

Plenty of citrus and stone fruit aroma. Flavor is a bit one dimensional due to only GW Two Row single malt grain bill. But, clean and easy to drink. Good base to experience the hops.
