Dooooooood! So Good!

After 2 days at 72 degrees, dropped to 65 for 3 weeks and then 40 degrees for 5 more weeks.

Force Carbonated in 5 gallon keg.

Delicious!!!!!!!!!! Super clean with a hint of that roasted chocolate. Lower alcohol, but super flavor, tasted bigger than it was. Perhaps my best session beer ever!
