Notes
this tastes pretty straight up like an ESB. the crystal 80 tastes more of like a toasted brown sugar flavor but without much of any actual sweetness. good experiment to single out the c-80 flavor. need to revaluate how the american special bitter will work…. definitly more finishing hops and less of a different specialty malt.
