Notes
This recipe is a clone of the Three Floyds Gumbalhead American pale wheat ale.
Adjusted hop schedule to:
0.5 oz 60 minutes
0.5 oz 30 minutes
0.5 oz 15 minutes
0.5 oz 0 minutes
1.0 oz dry hop
Set boil size to 3 gallons. For a 3 gallon boil, use 2 lb LME wheat for boil, in addition to steeping grains, to achieve 35 IBU for Gumbalhead. Add remaining LME after boil to keep SRM in 3-6 range.

Recipe costs can be adjusted by changing the batch size. They won't be saved but will give you an idea of costs if your final yield was different.
I've never tried the original so can't give a comparison, but I can confirm that this is a delicious beer after only two weeks in the bottle - very, very lemony, very refreshing, dangerously easy drinking.
