Notes
Set boil size to 3 gal. Steep grain in 2 gallons for 45 minutes. Rinse with 1 gallon. Use 1 lb wheat LME for 3 gal boil in addition to steeping grains. Reduce initial hop to 20g, second hop 8g to achieve 15 IBU. Add remaining wheat LME and honey after boil.
