WLP 005 is in the keg, and about half carved, though I like it with light carbonation. The taste really reminds me of when I was in Bavaria drinking Zoiglbier in Windisheschenbach. It has wonderful noble hop bitterness, and characteristics with a smooth malty start. The WLP 005 does not lend too much in terms of esters or anything of that nature.

The 3711 is not in a keg yet. Will report more on that when it is.
