Notes
Primary fermentation will last for two weeks. Brown sugar syrup will be added to primary on day four.
After primary fermentation, I will bottle about one gallon and put the remaining 5 gallons into a secondary carboy for another two weeks.
I will then cold crash for one week and keg.
