Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
Yeast - 1L starters per pack (2 packs) will yield 476B if packs are ~1 month. Target is 468B.
Water - Combo of Burton and Light colored hoppy. Bicarbonates may combine with Centenial for harshness so cut with distilled.
Sparge - Remember to batch sparge for English flare.
Finings - Whirfloc or Irish Moss, remember in boil.
Dry Hop - 5 days target then pull.
