I noticed that the OG was a little low on my brew at 1.038 using BIAB. I scaled the recipe to a 6.8 gallon full volume mash and used 7 pounds of Belgian Pale Ale. I increased my mash time to 75 minutes. Ended up with about 5.5 gallons into the fermenter. My takeaways as a new BIAB brewer: (1) I am thinking that my crush may not have been fine enough (I may have to play with different crushing); (2) perhaps the grain should have been increased; (3) I should have stirred more aggressively and continuously (for 5-10 minutes) at mash in.

In any case, it's in the fermenter, and I'll try to update when I get to tasting.
