brewed this again on lie 9/1. was real young at first but now( 10/3) it is an absolute winner.

used home grown hellertau throughout and basically to the same ibu's. no 029 kolsch yeast , so used dusseldorf instead.

I put it on 15 psi for 9 days and it became very dry, crisp and fruity.
