Hopefully you did 4g gypsom, not 4oz. How'd it turn out w/the Weihenstephan yeast?

Haha, good eye! Fixed. 4g was used.

It really good with the Weihenstephan. It's been awhile since we polished that one off, so I don't remember a lot of detail, but this beer was one of my most complimented.
