Notes

5/28/15 - added gypsum late last 30 mins mashed beween 150 147 OG .041 at 4 1/2 gal was a little low but lower % is a good thing with this one I think. Next time 5 pounds instead of 4.5

6/3 FG came in at .007 for 4.46% perfect. In 2ndary

6/9 in the keg under carbo - 6/18 not sure I'm into that yeast a little banana and needs a bittering hop for sure. used the safale wheat.

1/16/16 - mashed around 150 mashed out close to 175. OG .046 4 1/2 gals, pitched at 66.

1/25 - FG .006 for 5.25%
2/13 - Very good, maybe a little too much hop, extremely lemon which might be good for the summer but needs a tad more depth either body or flavor hop.
