Notes
Pull off 1/3 of wort after mash for a 24 hour kettle sour, pre-boil, with home-made sour starter.
Add hops to un-soured portion, bring to a boil, then turn off heat immediately.
Once cooled, rack onto chopped/peeled cucumber in fermenter.
Next day, bring soured portion to a boil, chill and add into fermenter.
