Notes

Primary fermentation will go for 10 days.
I will bottle one gallon and rack the rest for secondary fermentation for 2 weeks.
I will cold crash for 3 days, fine with gelatin and cold crash another 3 days.
After this, I will keg the remaining 5 gallons.
