Notes
- Bring 3.5 gallons of water to 155 and steep grains for 30 minutes
- Return slowly to a boil then remove from heat and stir in LME
- Return to boil and add 1 oz Chinook
- At 10 minutes add US Golding
- Cool to <75
- Dilute to approximately 5 gallons
- Measure gravity
- Oxygenate
- Pitch Yeast
- Leave in primary for 1 week
- Move to secondary and leave for 1-2 additional weeks before bottling/kegging
