I have made this twice. Comes out really good, smooth. The one thing it is missing is a distinct lemongrass flavor (there is a hint) It just doesn't stick through the fermentation process. I have tried a couple of methods to get it to come through, but it is still missing. I recommend adding the lemongrass directly to the boil (at the end) and also at dry hop. I plan on trying to add lemongrass essence at bottling also to help boost the lemongrass flavor. Otherwise an excellent recipe. Good mix of grains and hops.

Hello
In our second edition we used the double amount of lemongrass in our "tea" it spiked the flavor. We also skipped the sugar and only let it sit for four days.
