Notes
Seep grains for 20 to 25 minutes at 150 to 160 degrees.
Add Irish Moss with 20 minutes left in the boil.
You could also use Lallemand Brye-97 American West Coast Yeast.
This is designed to taste a little like a Fat Tire Ale.
