Notes
You can make this as a lager by using White Labs 830 German Lager Yeast or Wyeast 2042 Danish Lager Yeast.
Add Irish Moss in the last 15 minutes of the boil.
Seep Grains for 20 minutes at 150 to 160 degrees.
This is supposed to taste similar to Sam Adams Boston Lager.
