Notes
Carbonation based on 2.75 gal at 64 degrees for 2.6 Vol CO2. Cold crash to 34 and add gelatin to fine for a couple days before bottling.
For "Sunshine of Your Burnin' Love":
Rack one gallon onto 1-2 jalapeños (roasted and smoked) for 3-7 days (to taste), or soak jalapeños in vodka for 24 hrs to make a tincture, then add at bottling to taste.
