This is a North American Wheat beer with a crisp flavor. This beer often has a slight "haze". It's light colour, and drinkability, make it the perfect summer beer. Serve cold with a slice of lemon. If you prefer true "Weizen" character ... use a liquid German Wheat Strain. This recipe also makes a good "fruit beer" base.
