Notes
Terrible job keeping notes on this one. Didnt note how much orange peel and coriander I added to the secondary.
Next time plan on upping grain bill to 6 lbs of each.
Add ounce of Orange Peel and Coriander at 10 minutes.
Add .5 ounce coriander and 1 ounce orange peel in seconday for 5 days.
First brew was very good but a little light on flavor.
